Accounts Production software will be instantly recognisable, from
the task pane and summary pages, right down to the individual icons.

you can see from the screenshot (right), the interface has a clean,
uncluttered design, which provides the right information, at the
right time, in the right context.
But it doesn't stop there. The level of integration
goes much further than that, with data-sharing across all the Digita
products. This ranges from our corporate tax solution, Digita
Corporation Tax, being able to import client details directly from
the Digita Accounts Production database, to Digita Personal Tax
retrieving disallowable transaction data.
With no legacy code to cater for, the most recent
technological advances have been included within Digita Accounts
Production, including extensive use of Microsoft's .NET Framework
and SQL Server technology.
This has led to a future-proof software package that
will retain its usability for many years to come, and with one of

The simple, intuitive interface delivers

Integration
Digita Accounts Production integrates with
the other products in the Digita suite, including Business
and Personal Tax and Corporation Tax. Digita Accounts
Production will transfer contact and address information,
financial figures and disallowable amounts. Digita Accounts
Production will also allow you to import contact information
from Microsoft Outlook. Also provided are import routines
from common bookkeeping and final accounts packages.

Reporting
Using its built-in report writer, Digita
Accounts Production uses
Word-esque
style editing and 'Excel-esque' number formatting to deliver
a consistent practice theme across all reports. Reports can
be quickly previewed and changed. Notes are intelligently
included in the reports, which are automatically numbered
and formatted to suit. Digita Accounts Production supports
sole traders, large and small partnerships, small, medium
and large companies, FRSSE accounts, abbreviated accounts,
doctors, farmers, Northern Ireland companies and group
accounts. |
