Digita Company Secretarial software will help you to keep your 'client' or 'group' company statutory records in good shape. In addition to handling the basic requirements for statutory record keeping, Digita Company Secretarial also provides a range of features that takes advantage of the latest Internet technology.

You can file forms electronically at Companies House and monitor form receipt messages. Its unique Public Record Checker feature also lets you compare your company details with the live Companies House public record, via the Internet, and even set up companies by entering their registered number and importing basic details from Companies House.

Digita Company Secretarial is a Companies House approved electronic filing package. Forms 190, 190a, 287, 288a, 288b, 288c, 353, 353a and 363a can be transmitted from Digita Company Secretarial to Companies House, via the Internet. This makes it possible for you to record changes in Digita Company Secretarial and have the corresponding form filed at Companies House in seconds, whilst leaving Digita Company Secretarial to monitor for notifications of acceptance from Companies House.

New client companies can be quickly and accurately set up by downloading basic details from Companies House. Statutory registers, including directors and shareholders, can be printed on demand. Statutory changes with completed forms can be processed, and minutes produced automatically. Dividends can be processed, reflecting any waivers, producing vouchers and letters. Digita Company Secretarial can instantly compare a company with Companies House records, and update your records where appropriate. It has the ability to share company details for accounts and tax preparation. It also monitors tasks due, such as annual returns, AGMs and accounts filing. Sentinel Filing Monitor:

Helping to protect your companies against ID theft, Company Secretarial's Sentinel feature will alert you when filings are made against your companies at Companies House. Simply choose the companies and form types that you wish to monitor. Sentinel will then work silently in the background keeping watch on your companies' public records and advising you when new filings are made. Sentinel can also make you aware of legitimate filings made by a client company without your knowledge, and can provide confirmation that filed accounts have been received by Companies House.

Integrated Database:

Single records are held for each of the different types of entity - companies, individuals and third parties (such as banks, solicitors and accountants). They are linked together by their respective relationships, for example, directorships and shareholdings. You can trace and report on relationships across the entire database using the Entity Explorer facility.

 

Statutory Forms

A wide range of over 70 official forms can be generated automatically when statutory events are recorded in the database, or can be created on demand. Forms can be printed for signature and postal filing or filed over the Internet using the Companies House electronic filing service. Forms can also be emailed as .PDF attachments.

 

Documents and Reports

Produce minutes containing multiple business items, share certificates, letters, dividend warrants and other documents automatically, or on demand. Reports include various company listings, individual and company profiles, as well as statutory registers. All documents can be sent via email. Information can also be easily exported as mail merge or data files.

Task Tracking

Track future and overdue tasks, such as incomplete forms and documents and the filing of annual returns and accounts.
